Sustainability Governance Structure
The Groupʼs governance framework is designed to provide strong oversight of sustainability matters, ensuring accountability at all levels of the organisation and allowing us to anticipate challenges and uphold stakeholder trust.
The Board
- Oversees and endorses the Groupʼs sustainability strategy and associated disclosure
- Provides supervision of the Groupʼs risk management framework, ensuring material sustainability-related risks are identified and managed
- Oversees the establishment of sustainability targets, including a series of environmental targets aimed at decarbonising its business portfolio and enhancing plans related to greenhouse gas emissions and resource consumption
- Monitors overall sustainability performance and reviews progress and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives
ESG Working Group
- Chaired by the Groupʼs Deputy General Manager and meets periodically to address key ESG topics
- Assigned by the Board to monitor material sustainability trends, targets, risks, and opportunities, and update sustainability-related policies when necessary
- Assesses the adequacy and effectiveness of the Groupʼs sustainability-related implementations and provides updates to the Board as appropriate
- Raises employee awareness on ESG issues and fosters collective action across the Group
Carbon Neutrality Task Force
- Meets biannually and is comprised of senior management from key operational units across all business locations
- Defines the Groupʼs comprehensive carbon reduction strategy
- Designs and executes carbon reduction programmes and initiatives
- Conducts regular progress reviews to ensure commitment to ambitious carbon reduction goals
Business Units
- Implements the sustainability measures formulated by the Group across daily operations
- Collects sustainability data for the Group to support monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement

We have formulated relevant policies, outlining our commitment to sustainability and providing guidance for day-to-day operations, to ensure that our operations and development are aligned with our sustainability philosophy.
